I learned to knit in 2010 and soon wanted to knit everything all at once. Bored with plastic bags I turned to my fabric stash and sewed a puffin bag. It made me so happy that I knew that I had found my passion. I am able to bring my love of colour, nature and animals to my fabric choice and colourways. I always use fabrics I love and especially enjoy matching fabrics to make fun linings. Inspiration for the fibre colourways I dye comes from nature, whether gardens, dramatic scenery or space.

The fabrics I use are high-quality quilting-weight cottons or cotton canvas, together with YKK brand zips. Gorgeous fibres are dyed with acid dyes.
